The KPI Analyst will be responsible for delivering a suite of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the global business, creating visually engaging dashboards, and effectively engaging stakeholders to drive business outcomes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of data visualisation techniques, a can-do attitude and exponential mindset, and excellent communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the global business by providing valuable insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for data, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation. Please note that this role is fixed term for 6 months.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a global or cross-functional environment and/or project tasks Experience in SQL, with the ability to interact with this data Experience in SAP S4 HANA desirable Proficiency in data visualisation tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non0technical audiences Excellent attention to detail Excellent relationship building skills A strong ‘completer – finisher’. Able to get things done and drive outcomes from others Strong MS office skills across word, excel and PowerPoint Ability to work under own initiative and take ownership of tasks • Ability and experience of working to tight deadlines without compromising quality Demonstrable ability to flex style to suit the audience
