Requirements
• 5-8 years’ experience working with SAP BW. • Experience in operating in a complex environment including implementation of SAP BW solutions. • Proficient comprehension of SAP modules and SAC tools, with a focus on data structuring, report generation, and analytics. • Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools. • Experience in an FMCG environment preferred. • Proficiency in developing custom extractors. • Understanding of financial and stock planning scenarios. • Familiarity with business process modelling techniques and methodologies. • Communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • A mindset adept at detail-oriented examination and proficient in resolving issues. • Capability to perform tasks solo as well as part of a team within a changing setting. • Relevant SAP certifications are desirable but not mandatory. • Experience of working in continuous delivery (Kanban/support) and new initiatives (Sprint). • Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary. • Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
