Description

• Do you want to work for one of the fastest growing and influential award-winning guitar product innovators on the market? • Do you want to be part of a team focused on pushing the boundaries of how great guitar tones are created? • OROSYS is looking for a C++ Software Engineer to join the R&D team, reporting to the Head of Software Development. • Taking direction from Two notes product team and senior stakeholders, design & implement new features in Two notes Audio Engineering’s current & future product lineup • Actively participate and contribute to architectural choices & decisions • Monitor and maintain the existing products codebase • Actively take part in day-to-day interactions with Two notes’ QA & support teams • Interact with Two notes’ product team to help shape the technical direction for product development • Maintain and expand Two notes’ overall technical infrastructure (CI/CD, VCS) • Assist in additional ad-hoc developments (partner-centric embedded technology integration, interactions with firmware and devops teams) • Mentor junior team members and interact with external contractors monitoring progress and reporting up-to-date statuses to key vested company-wide stakeholders

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years experience • Proficiency in C++ (17, 20) and associated development tools and methodologies • Proficiency in collaborative development practices (Git, CI/CD, agile methodologies) • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Working knowledge in scripting languages (Python, Shell) • Working knowledge with cross-platform development (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) • Fluency in both French and English • Experience in interacting with REST APIs, JSON, XML • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks • Effective communication and team-working ability • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proactive and self-motivated attitude • Understanding of audio related software development is a plus (DAWs, Plugins, algorithm implementation and testing)
