Description
•Perform functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing for ongoing projects and improvements •Applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to support and/or install software applications/operating systems •Manage new releases and updates to systems (NetSuite), test updates, and effectively roll out new features •Perform coordination of system configurations between NetSuite and other third-party systems •Troubleshoot problems including system interface/integration issues •Support all end user requests and provide issue resolution for NetSuite internal users •Collaborating with other teams such as IT, finance, and sales to implement new processes and workflows •Support the creation of documentation and training material •Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding •Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies •Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
•Strong NetSuite / SuiteScript background
