• Assist with sourcing and screening resumes of potential candidates. • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience. • Support recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers. • Assist with maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems. • Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives. • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • Interest and passion in recruitment and talent acquisition • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work well both independently and in a team
