Description

• Two Chairs is building a new kind of mental health system... • We are seeking part-time remote Therapists to deliver thoughtful, data-driven therapy among a diverse and collaborative Clinical team.

Requirements

• You must be licensed in California • You will need one of the following license types to qualify for the role: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) for California • At least two years of clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+) • Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies • Are comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes • Have at least 6 months experience providing teletherapy • Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc. • Are knowledgeable of and maintain HIPAA standards of privacy and confidentiality • Accurately complete and maintain progress notes and other documentation within the timelines in compliance with HIPAA and state licensing regulations. • Adhere to policy, procedures, and professional code of ethics
