Description
• As an Operations Analytics Lead on our Operations team, you will be at the forefront of driving data-informed decision-making to support Two Chairs’ mission • You'll leverage data analysis and modeling to generate actionable insights, provide strategic recommendations, and improve operational processes • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams across Growth, Data Science, Clinical Recruiting, and Clinical Operations, you'll ensure alignment and drive initiatives • This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for mental health, and a desire to make a tangible impact in a rapidly growing organization
