📋 Description
• Vraagstukken rondom vastgoed en huisvesting veranderen. • Flexibiliteit, hybride werken en duurzaamheid zijn belangrijke thema’s voor overheid en bedrijfsleven. • Onze project- en procesmanagers huisvesting en vastgoed zijn in staat om onze opdrachtgevers te ontzorgen bij wat voor hen risicovolle projecten zijn. • Je werkt zelfstandig aan deze projecten en benut daarbij de brede expertise van je collega’s. • Je stuurt opdrachtteams aan bij opdrachtgevers en begeleidt junior en medior adviseurs. • Je leid en beheert zelfstandig één of meerdere opdrachten in een accuratie (kwaliteit), tijdige (tijdschema) en kostenefficiënte (budget) manier als opdrachtleider, met meerdere collega’s. • Bij TwynstraGudde werk je aan maatschappelijk relevante projecten voor toonaangevende opdrachtgevers. • Denk aan veiligheid, diversiteit, mobiliteit, digitalisering, duurzaamheid, energie, financiën en gezondheid.
🎯 Requirements
• Afgeronde WO-opleiding in relevante richting (bijvoorbeeld TU Delft Bouwkunde, TU Eindhoven. Bouwkunde, RUG Vastgoedkunde, of overige Ruimtelijke Wetenschappen). • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het managen van huisvestingsprojecten. • Politiek gevoelig, oog voor omgeving en de opdrachtgever, kunnen schakelen tussen communicatiestijlen. • Sterk aan tafel, overtuigingskracht naar zowel opdrachtgever als opdrachtnemer. • Analytisch sterk, oog voor (contract)details, zorgvuldig! • Speelt een zichtbare rol in professionele en commerciële netwerken. • Je maakt makkelijk contact/ teamplayer, legt eenvoudig verbinding met opdrachtgever, communicatief sterk. • Een passend netwerk is een pré.
