Description
•Full-time employment opportunity •Assist the Student Accounts Manager in monitoring business activities •Oversee accuracy of completed stipend calculations •Support Student Accounts personnel with training and guidance •Detailed student account analysis and award year reconciliation •Counsel students on document intake, awarding, disbursement processes •Maintain a working knowledge of Federal, State, and Institutional Policies •Advise on student's rights and responsibilities regarding financial obligations •Monitor compliance of financial policies related to payment options
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required •Up to 1 year of relevant work experience may be required •Higher education finance-related experience required •Familiarity with Title IV federal regulations a plus •Experience with student information systems preferred
