📋 Description
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth • Analyze market data, competitor pricing, customer demand, and internal costs • Conduct market research to identify pricing opportunities and threats • Partner with Finance and Proposals to ensure accuracy of cost and bill rates • Develop customer specific pricing strategies and negotiate with customers • Indirectly oversee work performance of finance and proposal team members as it relates to pricing activities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or other relevant analytical background • MBA, CPA or Chartered Accountant or equivalent is a plus • 15+ years of progressive relevant work experience within a global organization • 7+ years of management experience • Pricing and market intelligence expertise • Financial modeling experience • Strong business and industry knowledge • Excellent communication skills • Demonstrated understanding of fiduciary responsibility • Capacity to prioritize work and meet deadlines
