📋 Description

• UberEther is a leader in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and ZeroTrust space. • Lead discovery and analysis efforts for large-scale IAM implementations. • Manage onboarding of new customers into IAM Advantage platform. • Collaborate with project teams to meet project success criteria. • Develop and improve customer onboarding processes and documentation. • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders on program tasks. • Analyze requirements to identify design and implementation gaps. • Create project plans and status reports for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of Project/Program Management experience • 5+ years supporting IT or engineering related initiatives • Ability to manage cross functional teams and multiple project efforts simultaneously • Self-managed, self-driven, accountable, learns to understand • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving • Ability to translate business problems, existing processes, and technology into service and process requirements • Prior experience in deployment and implementation of custom applications, especially IAM products such as SailPoint, IBM, CA, Okta, Ping, etc. • Demonstrated ability to meet rigid timelines and communicate effectively with clients • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision making • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
