Description

• UCAR Community Programs is hiring a Budget Analyst III. • Provide expert-level financial analysis and award lifecycle management. • Develop budgets, projections, and financial reports for award portfolios. • Advise on compliance with federal sponsor and award requirements. • Collaborate with program staff for proposals, finance, and administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic discipline; 8 years of related experience. • Or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Expert skill in proposal/budget preparation and submission. • Expert skill in budget development and analysis. • Expert skill in financial analysis and spreadsheet applications. • Advanced knowledge of government award requirements. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information. • Ability to work independently and in a team situation. • Ability to identify information sources for problem-solving.
