β€’ uConnect is on a mission to help more people realize their potential by improving access to career services for all people - early in their lives and throughout their careers. β€’ Initially focused on the traditional higher education market, uConnect's All-In-One Virtual Career Center is used by a wide range of institutions including UCLA, MIT, and Baton Rouge Community College to radically improve utilization of career services, career readiness, and student outcomes. β€’ We're a mission-driven team working in a fun and collaborative culture that puts people first. β€’ We operate as a fully remote organization, encouraging mobility, and for all employees to work from their ideal environment. β€’ As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales effectiveness and efficiency. β€’ This role is responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing and managing sales technologies, analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights, and supporting sales teams to achieve their targets. β€’ The Sales Operations Manager collaborates closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and ensure operational excellence. β€’ The ideal candidate is data driven, detail oriented and is always looking at the bigger picture. You are eager to build from scratch and find ways to continuously improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4-6 years working in sales operations, strategy, or analytics roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment. β€’ High EQ -- works well with stakeholders, gains trust, enjoys working with people β€’ Senior presence -- can convey complex information to executives clearly and concisely; can resolve tradeoffs. Effective communicator across levels and audiences. β€’ First principles problem solver -- dimensionalizes problems, demonstrates history of lateral thinking. β€’ Extensive hands-on experience and interest in building from scratch. β€’ Proficiency with core sales tools Hubspot, Gong, Outreach. β€’ High ownership mentality demonstrated by developing projects of >6-12 months length. β€’ Thrives in ambiguity, love the big picture, but are eager to build from scratch and continuously improve processes.
