Description

• As an Interview Lead, you will be sourcing candidates, proper screening of candidates, and complete interviews. Leads will conduct 4-5 interviews (30 minutes) a day along with the sourcing and recruiting of candidates. • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of channels to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. • Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct 4-5 daily interviews (virtual), ensuring an effective and professional assessment of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Technical competence: Proficient in SAP including S4 Hana • SAP System Implementation: Lead or participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP systems to meet business needs, focusing on modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM. • 2+ years of working experience related to the above skillsets. • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and translate these into SAP system enhancements. • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers. • Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews (both in-person and virtual), ensuring an effective and professional assessment of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates, clear communication, and respectful engagement. • Flexibility at their current job to take this challenge as a part-time, independent contractor
