We encourage you to pursue your passions, nurture your relationships, and prioritize your well-being. • Your Role: People Operations Manager: The People Operations Manager is accountable for the execution of the People and Culture Strategy and the day-to-day management of people operations. This includes owning people processes, technology, data and analytics, as well as managing the people operations team. • The People Operations Manager will be working closely with the Chief People Officer, as a deputy, responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of People and Culture processes. • The People Operations Manager sets a reliable and trusted foundation of processes and policies to support and enable the team to seamlessly achieve what they set out to do. They operationalise and realise the overall people and culture strategy

Requirements

• Experience managing people operations, throughout all aspects of people functions • Experience with leading a small team • Experience in a remote, global organisation • Ability to translate vision and strategy into projects and actionable steps • C1 English level or higher • Effective communication, comfortable collaborating with senior leadership • Strong technical skills, with knowledge of people technology as well as data and automation tools • Empathetic and human-centric approach, balanced with a analytical and data-driven mindset • Nice to haves (not mandatory): Experience in a hypergrowth and/or start up environment • Nice to haves (not mandatory): Spanish Language B2 or higher
