Description

• Assist the Social Media Team with the development of engagement tactics and execution of strategy to help grow Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile’s followers, engagement and video views • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas • Produce engaging video content and social media images that align with each individual brand voice • Lead the end to end content creation for assigned social posts with design, production, editing and copywriting • Staying up to date on emerging and popular social media trends • Support areas of social media that cross-pollinate with copy • Get acquainted with social media management platforms and analytics

Requirements

• Ability to work 20+ hours per week • Team player who shows passion in their work • Critical thinker who can work independently • A risk-taker, willing to try new tactics and strategies on social media to drive engagement • Impeccable oral and written communication skills • Highly organized and skilled at managing multiple projects at once • Copywriting skills and ability to master each individual brand voice • Comfortable being in front of the camera for content creation- ability to record and edit content at home • Experience with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook and Threads • Creative editing skills and experience working with in-app tools to create original content such as filters, sounds, visual effects • Experience with image/video editing software/platforms like Canva and in-app editing across platforms like TikTok, CapCut, Reels • Strong understanding of social media best practices, emerging technologies, new content offerings and platform capabilities • Knowledge of social media analytics to track audience engagement and content performance
