📋 Description
• As the Events Manager at Ultralytics, you will be instrumental in promoting and expanding our presence both online and offline through strategic public relations and meticulously organized events. • You will manage our participation in major industry events like the Barcelona Mobile World Congress (MWC), South Summit, and NVIDIA's GPU Technology Conference (GTC), as well as take charge of our own annual Ultralytics YOLO Vision event. • Responsibilities include developing and executing sponsorship deals and setting up engaging booths at external events, organizing and managing all aspects of the annual Ultralytics YOLO Vision event, collaborating with marketing to manage the Ultralytics brand across various media and public forums, driving engagement through innovative community initiatives and partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in public relations and event management, preferably in the tech industry • Demonstrated success in managing public relations and large-scale events, including international tech conferences and corporate events • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing a variety of stakeholders • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics • Fluent in English
