• Standortübergreifende Material- und Bestandsplanung, -steuerung und überwachung für ganz Österreich zur Optimierung der Bestände und der Lieferfähigkeit • Materiallogistik: Systemische Steuerung und Überwachung aller Warenströme • Lagerdisposition : Planung, Steuerung, Überwachung und Zuweisung von Lagerbeständen an allen 5 Lagerstandorten zur Erzielung definierter Sicherheits- und Maximalbestände • Planung, Steuerung und Priorisierung von Sanierungsbeständen und Erstsichtung • Auftragsdisposition : Planung der Bedarfe an den Lagerstandorten • Unterstützung der Definition und Umsetzung beim Produktportfoliomanagement • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen kaufmännischen, technischen und Vertriebsabteilungen, Lagerbereiche innerhalb Doka Österreich sowie Supply Planner und Logistik-/ Operations Abteilungen der Doka Group zur Abstimmung material- und transportlogistische Anforderungen und Festlegung von Lösungen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik / Supply Chain Management • Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit und sympathisches Auftreten • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit • Selbständige, systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
