Requirements

• Trustworthy, self-motivated, responsive and sharp • Strong listening, verbal, written and presentation communication skills are essential • Excellent attention to detail • Strong communication skills, organization skills, time management skills • 3+ years of hands-on Avamar, Data Domain and Rubrik experience in a large heterogeneous enterprise. • Good understanding of DNS, its role and importance to data backup and troubleshooting. • Experience with Data Archiving concepts, solutions and technologies. • Must have a keen eye towards process and technology improvement resulting in better, faster, and more resilient solutions that improve the value to the organization. • Must be a self-starter with the ability to pick up and learn new products as well as adapt to a variety of situations and tasks. • Strong analytical skills; Able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment. • Strong organizational skills: must be able to prioritize work and ability to multitask without sacrificing attention to details. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Work effectively in a high paced rapidly changing environment with changing priorities and deliverables. • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure successful upgrades or system maintenance activities. • B.S. degree in computer engineering or equivalent preferred but not required. Storage Industry recognized certifications are a plus.
