📋 Description
• Support UMG US Controls & Compliance activities. • Develop and enhance work programs related to controls evaluation. • Optimize and execute test plans for controls effectiveness. • Draft deficiency reporting and presentations. • Identify process improvement opportunities. • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience • CPA or CIA preferred • A minimum of 3 years of financial / operational audit and SOX experience from top public accounting firm or Internal Audit • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities • Knowledge of accounting, finance and internal control areas is required • In-depth knowledge of business processes, as well as process controls and risks • Solid business acumen • Strong project management abilities • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite to intermediate (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Visio • Experience with SAP ERP, BPC, Hyperion FM, and Blackline is a plus
