Description

•Support customers in APAC/China with scientific implementation •Lead implementation of Uncountable platform •Restructure and contextualize customer data •Drive product development through customer experience •Take ownership of experimental understanding of customers •Work with customer success and sales team to configure data templates and workflows •Lead meetings and demos with new customers •Advocate for product development to meet customer needs

Requirements

•Fluent in English and Mandarin •Master's degree or 2+ years experience in some scientific field (chemistry, biology, materials science, chemical engineering, or related fields) •Affinity and familiarity working with data in Excel (Python or other coding skills a plus) •Comfort distilling and effectively communicating advanced technical concepts •Willingness and ability to travel up 20% of the time
