Description

• Support in developing and executing new customer projects • Close cooperation with internal teams in product management, support, partner management and marketing • Development and expansion of strategic customer relationships • Development of new customer potentials with partners • Being the contact person for customer-specific solutions • Identification of future customer requirements and coordinating with the Product Owner • Conducting technical workshops for customers and partners • Conducting competitive and market analyses • Involvement in the preparation of trade fairs and exhibitions • Maintenance of customer and project data in CRM system • Cooperation with 2nd level support

Requirements

• Education as an IT specialist or a degree in technical business, business informatics, or computer science • Experience in IT consulting • Good understanding of technical contexts and business knowledge • Familiarity with desktop virtualization solutions from Citrix, VMware, or Microsoft • Experience in client-server and cloud computing, plus Linux knowledge • Self-motivated with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Excellent presentation and consulting skills • Willingness to travel for client support • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written forms
