Description

• Lead and mentor a dynamic engineering team. • Shape communication by building software and managing projects. • Collaborate with teams to identify requirements and opportunities. • Communicate status and risks to groups. • Provide technical guidance and foster continuous learning. • Adapt to evolving requirements and shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Hands-on 7+ years of relevant engineering work experience. • 4+ hands-on technical management experience in shipping large-scale projects with multiple dependencies. • Hands-on 5+ years of experience as a Python, GO or JAVA Developer. • 5+ years in database management (MySQL, Casandra, etc). • Experience with high-volume solutions. • Must be able to interface with offshore teams daily. • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. • Practical experience in queuing systems/Message Brokers. • Practical experience with cache technologies. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to apply business logic creatively.
