• UniKomm is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join our Team! • As a Senior Consultant, you will be pivotal in providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. • Responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives, gathering requirements, and tailoring ServiceNow solutions to their needs. • You will provide training and support to end-users, resolve issues, and ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in ITSM and Service Portal. • A thorough understanding of ITIL processes and industry best practices. • Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM solutions. • Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Service Catalog, and ITSM modules. • Ability to lead workshops, deliver user training, and provide end-user support. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams. • ServiceNow certifications: CSA and CIS-ITSM are required. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
