📋 Description
• Partner with stakeholders to frame business challenges and develop data models • Design and implement predictive models and marketing frameworks • Use data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies • Build and maintain essential reporting tools to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns • Expand the company’s marketing analytics capabilities • Work with third-party data sources and in-house AI-powered prediction engines • Measure and analyze the impact of integrated brand campaigns
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics • Proven expertise in segmentation, predictive modeling, and retention strategies • In-depth experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM), data-driven attribution, customer lifetime value (LTV) prediction, and recommendation systems • Proficiency in using statistical modeling tools and languages like Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI • Experience in building and maintaining reporting systems that communicate the performance of marketing channels • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and integrating these capabilities into marketing strategies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • A passion for blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader vision of decentralized finance
