Description

β€’ Develop long and short-term paid media strategies for maximum impact. β€’ Execute a combination of audience development, segmentation, and hyper targeting campaigns to reach ideal customers across business lines. β€’ Manage campaign development and deployment across vendors, platforms and internal stakeholders. β€’ Contribute to ABM campaign development and execution with stakeholders and vendors. β€’ Coordinate and manage ad creative trafficking across vendors and platforms. β€’ Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including programmatic, CTV, OOH and other industry-standard channels. β€’ Manage budgets; monitor and adjust spend in real time across multiple tracking tools. β€’ Maintain measurement strategies for campaigns, leveraging using UTMs/SFDC campaign codes and other methods. β€’ Identify innovative ways to reach target audiences leveraging various media channels. β€’ Research and report relevant trends in cross-channel tactics and platforms, including social, search, programmatic, OOH, DOOH, Tier 1 pubs, endemic, etc. β€’ Manage billing and invoice process with media vendors. β€’ Own communication and recurring meetings with media vendors and other partners. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, communications/PR, web publishing, and social, to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals. β€’ Stay on top of paid media best practices and general marketing trends.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. β€’ Expert knowledge of paid media strategy development, campaign creation, management and optimization. β€’ 5+ years experience running B-B global media campaigns across: social, search, programmatic, OOH, DOOH, Tier 1 pubs, endemic, etc. β€’ Possess an understanding of omnichannel paid media strategies on a global scale. β€’ 3+ yrs experience running ABM campaigns. β€’ Excellent project and time management skills. β€’ Ability to thrive in a remote work environment. β€’ Effective communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Knowledge of website analytics measurement methodology and measurement platforms, including Google Analytics and Campaign Manager 360. β€’ Knowledge of common ad platforms to support and execute across channels when team members are out, specific to B-B (LinkedIn, search, programmatic). β€’ Strong analytical, results-driven mindset. β€’ Excellent writing and presentation skills.
