• Setup, support, and maintain Microsoft Teams environments, including telephony • Manage Microsoft Teams Tenants and Skype for Business Environments • Contribute to the deployment of Unified Communications solutions • Support and maintain SBC/SBA infrastructures • Implement new features and resolve incidents • Collaborate with other teams for service monitoring and procedures

Requirements

• Solid and relevant working experience in Microsoft Teams environments, including telephony • Experience with Microsoft Teams Tenants and Skype for Business Environments • Deployment of Unified Communications solutions • Knowledge of SBC/SBA infrastructures • Good communication and organizational skills • Proven documentation experience and skills
