•We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our affiliate network, optimize traffic performance, and drive high-quality user acquisition. •You will work with partners across US, UK, CA, and AU markets, negotiating deals, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring the best possible results. •No bureaucracy – just data-driven decisions, full ownership of your processes, and a direct impact on business growth. •About the product: It is a web communication platform connects users worldwide with a wide range of features. •Launched in 2020, it has passed all MVP testing stages and attracts a growing number of long-term users. •The platform enables 24/7 communication and content sharing without compromising performance or user experience. •With a focus on high-load handling, excellent UX/UI, and a unique monetization strategy, we offer a top-tier product in the market. •Our global goal is to become a top 5 international social networking service, with plans to expand into Latin American and Asian markets

🎯 Requirements

•1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the dating niche or other competitive verticals •Proven track record of launching and managing affiliate programs, collaborating with webmasters and agencies •Proficient in tracking tools (Affise, Cake, Voluum, Binom) Deep understanding of payment models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, etc.) •Strong grasp of key marketing traffic performance indicators (ROI, ROMI, CPA, ARPPU, etc.) •Basic understanding of various traffic sources (Meta, SEO, PPC, native, push, etc.) •Familiarity with analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) at the user level •Excellent negotiation and project management skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with partners •English proficiency at B2 level or higher
