Requirements

• Solid knowledge of CRO methodologies, frameworks, and best practices • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles to enhance user experience and drive conversions • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and interpreting statistical results • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg to analyze user behavior • Knowledge of acquisition channels and their influence on landing page performance • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable) • English level: B2 or higher, both written and spoken • Result-oriented mindset
