🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads • Strong skills in whitelisting/account setup (access management, support interactions, billing, compliance with Meta policies) • Expertise in campaign types, targeting strategies, ad formats, and Meta moderation rules • Experience managing large daily budgets in Tier 1 markets • Strong analytical skills and experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools • Understanding of key performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROMI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention) • Ability to extract actionable insights from data to improve campaign performance • Confident in setting up Pixels, Conversion API, tracking goals & events • Experience integrating internal/external tracking and analytics systems • Skilled in A/B testing (creatives, landing pages, audiences, funnels) and rapid result analysis • Experience working with high budgets, bid adjustments, and scaling strategies • Ability to brief designers, copywriters, and video production teams effectively • Experience in constant creative testing while adhering to Meta policies and limitations • Experience in social networking niche
