• Lead and inspire a team of Field Sales Reps to over-achieve against our objectives, coaching your team to embrace a growth mindset • Reporting, forecasting, understanding the health of your sales funnel, making decisions and communicating with data will be essential to your success and will be part of your leadership DNA. • Interface closely with key internal & external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to accelerate both revenue and strategic value across multiple verticals. • Creatively thinking and shaping our strategy including pricing, product, and market strategies • Guide and manage prospect research, develop repeatable sales plays and building activity for the different Manufacturing industries across the EMEA region. Taking charge of executing a repeatable process for hiring and onboarding additional team members and delivering ongoing training on sales prospecting, email outreach, and outbound calling

Requirements

• Very strong coaching and mentoring skills including the ability to develop people • Experience and expertise in managing and leading a team in a sales environment • Results driven, good financial acumen and business management skills • Deep understanding of Industry customers needs ideally a background in the software/technology market selling to enterprise accounts at c-level. Building on a passion for how real time 3D / AR and VR will transform Enterprise customers • The ability to empower a team and individuals to work to and achieve monthly and quarterly and annual sales targets
