🎯 Requirements

• Oversee customer credit approval processes for both Canadian and U.S.-based clients. • Manage the accounts receivable portfolio, including collections, dispute resolution, and aging analysis. • Evaluate credit risk exposure and establish appropriate credit limits and payment terms. • Develop and enforce internal controls related to receivables, invoicing, and credit exposure. • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on payment terms and issue resolution. • Prepare regular reporting on AR aging, DSO, cash collection trends, and credit exposure. • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to credit and collections processes. • Assist with audit support and compliance requirements as needed. • 5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or AR management, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of credit practices and customer behavior in both Canada and the U.S. • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage credit risk and drive timely collections. • Highly organized and analytical with strong attention to detail. • Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar). • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Bonus: Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
