🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter with a proven track record of successful employee placements. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. • Strong teamwork and coordination skills. • Excellent analytical abilities to assess resumes and identify the best-suited candidates. • Clear and effective verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates and managers. • Strong negotiation skills to establish employment terms and conditions. • In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, local labor laws, and employment equity practices. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable.
