Description

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry • Entering data into database software, and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted • Convert multiple files a day from an unstructured to a structured format • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents • Follow-up on missing information • Work from home position

Requirements

• One (1) to two plus (2+) years of experience with: Scanner/Email/Saving documents to PDF • Basic to Intermediate Excel (i.e. Sort, filter, type in comments) • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing job priorities • Good organizational skills and ability for keen attention to details • College/University or equivalent work experience (preferred)
