Description

• Play a key part in ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and executing both manual and automated test cases. • Collaborate closely with our product and development teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance. • Perform comprehensive manual testing of web applications to ensure product quality and functionality. • Conduct API testing and automate it to verify the reliability, performance, and security of our software. • Assist in developing, executing, and reviewing automated test scripts, using Cypress. • Carry out cross-browser testing to ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices. • Collaborate closely with development, design, and product teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues. • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation. • Report, track, and manage bugs and issues using relevant tools. • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Manual QA with a solid understanding of software testing methodologies. • Knowledge of automation frameworks like Cypress. • Solid understanding of core development principles, along with experience in modern web development frameworks, JavaScript and TypeScript. • Skilled in API testing using tools like Postman, with a focus on ensuring robust and secure API integrations. • Proficiency in cross-browser testing and familiarity with different testing tools and platforms. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile teams. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a good team player. • Experience working with SaaS products is highly desirable. • ISTQB or other relevant certifications can be a plus.
