Description

• Lead a backend team of 6 developers. • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members to provide feedback and evaluate their performance. • Develop and implement professional growth plans for team members. • Participate in the hiring process and onboarding of new team members. • Ensure the completion of tasks related to technical debt and organize on-call rotations. • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to resolve cross-team issues. • Introduce and maintain new technologies and standards to improve the team's work quality. • Monitor and analyze team performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks. • Develop strategies to improve work processes and enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Backend Experience: Over 6 years of experience in backend development. • Team Leadership: 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead. • Mentorship and Management: Proven experience in conducting 1-on-1 meetings, mentoring, and managing team performance. • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of backend technologies and tools, including Java, Kotlin, Spring and Gradle. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Resource Planning: Experience in resource planning, risk management, and team development. • Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to work with various stakeholders and coordinate with other teams.
