• Great opportunity to join an international team of a fast-growing company, and analyze business processes, new markets, and data sets to identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency. • Combine external market data with internal sales data to optimize regional and global growth strategies • Extrapolate trends to forecast future growth potential and build predictive models for customer churn, identifying mitigation strategies • Construct master datasets to support analytics and operations across Unlimit's business and product teams • Strong focus on project management to improve internal processes and procedures for a customer-facing function • Work with business stakeholders to understand the needs of top clients and the performance of top products • Conduct data gathering and analysis to identify ways Unlimit can operate more effectively in new markets • Research Unlimit’s competitors to gain insight into their strategies, products, sales, and business potential • Perform qualitative and quantitative research on potential clients to draw meaningful conclusions for marketing and outreach • Execution of internal coordination and management of knowledge bases • Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems • Prepare and present analytics reports clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

• Four or more years of relevant work experience, or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field with more than two years of experience • Experience in financial services, particularly payments, and in analysis, facilitation, and business readiness for various projects and large complex programs • Ability to navigate between high-level strategic thinking and granular problem-solving methods • Strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders and project delivery resources, focusing on successful change objectives • Critical thinking, detail orientation, and high organizational skills • Experience working with Salesforce, Similarweb, and proficient level of Excel • Fluency in Russian language, strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong presentation skills and the ability to create compelling presentations
