• Frontend Experience: Over 6 years of experience in frontend development. • Team Leadership: 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead. • Mentorship and Management: Proven experience in conducting 1-on-1 meetings, mentoring, and managing team performance. • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of frontend technologies and tools, including Angular 17+, TypeScript, and RxJS. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Resource Planning: Experience in resource planning, risk management, and team development. • Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to work with various stakeholders and coordinate with other teams.
