Description

• As the Americas SDR Team Lead, you will spearhead sales development efforts in the region. • Drive lead generation and set up key partnerships to expand Unlimit’s market presence. • Manage a team of SDRs, set targets, and coach for success. • Ensure effective communication with the sales team to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in SDR or similar sales roles within FinTech or payments. • Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and scaling SDR teams. • Strong knowledge of the APAC market. • Excellent communication, analytical, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a MUST.
