• As the APAC SDR Team Lead, you will spearhead our sales development efforts in the region. • Driving lead generation, and setting up key partnerships to expand Unlimit’s market presence. • You’ll manage a team of SDRs, setting targets, coaching for success. • Ensuring effective communication with the sales team to maximize conversion rates.
• 5-10 years of experience in SDR or similar sales roles within FinTech or payments. • Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and scaling SDR teams. • Strong knowledge of the APAC market. • Excellent communication, analytical, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are a MUST.
