Requirements

•3-5 years’ experience in healthcare strategy •Experience with (or a strong desire to learn about) managed care •Experience working in a consulting firm a plus •Proven success in managing and growing client relationships in the healthcare sector, providing valuable strategic counsel and thoughtful materials creation •Critical thinker and business savvy, with a desire to understand the business of healthcare and the relationships between payors and providers •Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions tailored to client objectives •Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills •Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive informed decision-making •Strong Microsoft Excel experience •Ability to work quickly to adapt to changing client needs and provide recommendations, often without comprehensive details •A self-starter mentality
