• Unlock Health breaks down the walls that healthcare providers have lived with for decades. • We connect the dots across managed care and marketing so that providers can realize their missions and patients can get the right care. • We’re looking for a Content Director who can help our clients tell these stories in fresh, innovative ways across a variety of formats and platforms. • You will help oversee the development, execution, and optimization of innovative content strategies that drive audience interest and engagement, brand loyalty, and measurable growth for our clients.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of content strategy experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or digital agency • Proven track record of managing high-profile projects and high-performing content teams, and leading strategic initiatives across multiple engagements • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulatory environments, patient engagement trends, and digital transformation in healthcare marketing • Advanced understanding of content strategy and marketing, including experience driving high-performance content that resonates with target audiences • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. You know how to craft a compelling story and prove its impact. • Passion for staying ahead of trends in content marketing, healthcare communications, and digital platforms • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire internal teams and clients alike
