Description

• The Associate Salesforce Developer will play a key role within the applications development team • Work with the Digital Enablement leadership team to ensure business ideas are realized • Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom solutions to fit business goals • Work with clients to translate business rules and functional specifications into requirements • Help produce project documentation, including functional and technical designs, and end-user guides • Develop proofs of concept integrating new components with back-office systems • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects during project delivery stages • Interact directly with customers, project team, and other stakeholders to ensure success

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications include an earned Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university • The Associate Salesforce Developer role requires a minimum of 1 years’ experience with Salesforce Ecosystem systems • Experience in a higher education environment preferred • The Journey Salesforce Developer role requires a minimum of 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Ecosystem systems • Experience with the ITSM/ITIL framework/methodology preferred • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce App Builder certifications preferred
