📋 Description
• Manage and lead a team of around 5-8 engineers • Collaborate with cross functional partners and other engineering teams • Ensure team focuses on delivering impact through data-driven experimentation • Lead continuous improvement and innovation within engineering department • Engage communication with stakeholders and executive leadership • Maintain technical proficiency and stay updated on relevant technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager of a platform or infrastructure team • Collaborated closely with product managers and cross-functional roles • Strong knowledge of software technologies and processes best practices in web/app development • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles • Business-oriented mindset optimizing for maximum impact • Data-driven approach to decision-making with observability tools • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong soft skills: emotional intelligence, delegation, time management • Fluent in English
