• Lead the development and integration of advanced machine learning models to solve complex problems across different sectors, from healthcare to entertainment. • Spearhead the design and execution of the machine learning lifecycle, including problem definition, data acquisition, model development, training, and deployment. • Conduct cutting-edge research in AI and ML, publishing findings and implementing innovations into practical solutions for our clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage AI. • Mentor junior machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. • Develop and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to support real-time analytics and machine learning applications. • Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance and efficiency, ensuring they can operate at scale. • Stay ahead of the AI industry curve, identifying and incorporating new technologies and methodologies that improve our capabilities and offerings. • Work closely with product managers and developers to integrate AI and ML technologies into our products and services, enhancing their value and user experience. • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance our AI capabilities, including partnerships with academia and other research institutions. • Participate in tech talks, workshops, and conferences to showcase our work and explore collaboration opportunities.
• A passion for AI and machine learning, with a visionary mindset and a drive to innovate. • 6+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating the application of AI in real-world scenarios. • Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, data structures, and statistical models, with a proven ability to apply these in large-scale environments. • Expertise in programming languages like Python and C++, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Huggingface. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. • Experience leading AI projects in a dynamic startup environment. • A track record of published research or contributions to open-source projects in AI and ML. • Advanced knowledge of cloud computing environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure, especially in deploying scalable ML solutions. • Experience with NLP, computer vision, and other subfields of AI, demonstrating the ability to tackle diverse challenges.
