Description

• Introduce new products to volume manufacturing, establish yield tracking, yield enhancement and cost reduction, ongoing improvement. • Develop datasheet specs and support initial customer shipments. • Work closely with foundry and OSAT engineering teams, as well as internal design and software teams. • Support reliability qualifications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Engineering on large-scale VLSI silicon • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering • Excellent oral and written communication skills • ATE test development experience highly desirable - Advantest, Ultraflex • Basic understanding of DFT flow, ATE test flow • Familiarity with Python, skill, or scripting language • Strong focus on testing and quality • Team focus and desire to help build the team
