Description
• At UpCloud you’ll be literally building the cloud. • Our Cloud is a fabric of thousands of high-end server computers, network gear, and storage devices. • You’ll directly contribute to the success of our Managed Kubernetes Service! • You’ll be part of a tightly-knit team of experienced developers. • Develop key Kubernetes backend components and integrate the product with our internal systems. • We prefer to build our features with user-centred design, prioritised based on customer needs and feedback. • Work in a supportive environment that promotes work-life balance and self-development.
Requirements
• Experience on backend Software development in Go • Knowledge or experience in container orchestration with Kubernetes • True motivation to grow your knowledge deeper into Kubernetes and containers engineering • Previous knowledge in one or more of the following aspects, are a nice bonus: Lifecycle management (for example certificates and cluster upgrades) • Kubernetes operators and working with custom resource definitions (CRDs) • Advanced container networking (we use Cilium)
