• At UpCloud, we’re on a mission to champion the free and foundational spirit of the internet, and become The European Cloud with a global reach. • We're looking for our first DevRel hire to join our team! • As The Developer Advocate, you'll be the voice of UpCloud within the community and help our end-users succeed with our product stack. • Responsibilities include connecting UpCloud’s innovations with the community, engaging with end users, creating presentations, and technical content.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a software engineer, developer, or in a developer advocate role • Demonstrated background and familiarity with K8s and wider cloud native ecosystem and related tooling • Deep understanding of the challenges developers and software engineers face with cloud native tooling • Proven track record as an engaging presenter and technical speaker • Strong writing skills and ability to express complex technical concepts in a meaningful way for audiences with varying levels of expertise • Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to connect to individuals and groups in various communities • Willingness to travel
