Description

•Develop and maintain backend components, focusing on secure and scalable solutions •Support platform reliability and performance, refining development processes •Contribute to technical implementation of projects ensuring high standards •Participate in mentorship and support a culture of technical excellence •Assist in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments

Requirements

•1-3 years of backend web development experience, proficient in Ruby on Rails or PHP (Laravel) •Experience developing and maintaining high-quality systems •Comfortable with relational databases, experience with ORM systems •Familiar with test development, knowledge of testing frameworks like Cypress or Selenium •Understanding of agile development practices and tools like Scrum and Jira •Some experience with CI/CD practices, using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions •Good communication skills •Optional exposure to developing software in regulated environments is a plus
