Description

• Admin of recruitment, selection and the onboarding process. • Help develop the organisational structure to support future growth. • Coordinate of Updraft’s appraisal system and arranging appraisal meetings with line managers. • Assisting with engagement and welfare activities, maximising productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers and building leadership capability. • Helping to ensure that Updraft’s procedures comply with employment regulations. • Assisting with monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave. • Record requests for training and liaise with line managers where relevant. • Develop and continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary. • Manage our HR Database. • Be responsible for the onboarding and exit processes for staff. • Contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in an HR or related role. • People oriented and results driven. • Knowledge of HR systems and databases. • Excellent listening and time management skills. • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
